Can I stay anonymous when I report?+

Yes. You can use an avatar or a username like ‘Silent Guardian’ when reporting. Only Skawt administrators can access verified identities, and only where legally required.

What happens when I trigger a Red alert?+

Your alert is recorded and your trusted contacts are notified so they can act and reach you. Skawt does not dispatch police, fire or ambulance services: you or your contacts still place that call, and the app keeps the verified emergency numbers one tap away.

Will Skawt feel safe for children and elderly users?+

Yes. The interface is intentionally designed for everyone, with large tap targets, plain language, and no more than two taps for critical actions.

How does Skawt make money while staying free?+

Skawt is free for every individual. Premium families, businesses, and government partners fund the platform so personal safety is never gated by income.
